review of ,,Murder on the Orient Express''

,,Murder on the Orient Express'' is a movie directed by Kenneth Branagah in 2017. Kenneth Branagah is mainly known for his adaptations of plays by William Shakespeare . He happens to be also playing the main role, Hercule Poirot, in ,,Murder on the Orient Express'' which I find really interesting. This crime-drama film is really unpredictable and has surprised me many times. The action happens in the winter of 1934 on a Orient Express train where the mysterious murder takes place. Luckily, one of the passengers is the best world detective Hercule Poirot who was selected to solve this mystery and find out the truth. The cast chosen for this movie is truly amazing and it includes such stars as Johnny Depp, Willem Dafoe, Judi Dench, Penélope Cruz, Daisy Ridley and may other respected actors. The film transfers you really good into 1930s. In my opinion ,,Murder on the Orient Express'' is truly spectacular and it was probably one of the best movies I watched i...

review of ,,Alien 3"

Yesterday I watched another part of the ,,Alien'' sequel called ,,Alien 3". The film was directed by David Fincher in 1992, who also directed ,,Seven'', ,,The Social Network'' and ,,Fight club''. In fact this film was the first one he ever directed and definitely not the best one. The movie was a continuation of the ,,Aliens'' and it again was about the adventures of Officer Ellen Ripley. This time she is found in a crashed spaceship on the planet which happens to be a maximum security prison only for men, by its residents. Ripley shortly after landing on this planet realizes that she didn't came alone and that she must have brought something with her on a spaceship. The main role is once again played by Sigourney Weaver whose acting was great as always. Other secondary characters are played by Charles S. Dutton and Vincent Ward. This movie is the first one of this sequel that I unfortunately didn't enjoy watching. I found it ...

review of ,, Aliens''

,,Aliens'' is the second part of the movie ,,Alien'', that I reviewed in my previous post. After watching the first part I felt really intrigued in the plot, so I had to watch the next part. ,,Aliens" was filmed in 1986 and was directed by a different director called James Cameron. He is very good at his job which is proven by the amount of successful movies he had directed such as ,,Titanic'' , ,,Avatar'' or ,,Terminator''. You can definitely spot a difference in performance of the movie even in the first few minutes of it and in my opinion to better. The main character Ellen Ripley is found on a rescue ship and is awaken from hibernation. Then she realizes that she was asleep for fifty seven years and tries to warn everyone about the creatures that she met on the planet that she just returned from. Suddenly, she finds out that the planet where those monsters live is now inhabited by humans. The main role is once again played by Singourney...

review of ,,Alien''

Not so long ago I watched a movie called ,,Alien". I have always wanted to watch it but I just kept postponing it because of the number of sequels this movie has. ,,Alien'' was directed by Ridley Scott and written by O'Banon in 1979. It is a si-fi horror that will definitely keep you in suspense. The movie takes place in the future and tells a story of a space crew who suddenly gets woken up from hibernation. When they wake up, they find out that the reason for it is a signal from an unknown planet. They decide to check it and find something unexpected. The main character Ellen Ripley is played by Singourney Weaver who did an amazing job stepping into this role. Other characters are played by James Cameron, Jean-Pierre Jeunet and David Fincher. ,,Alien'' is one of the first si-fi movie that enjoyed such a success . It won many awards including Oscar for the best visual effects, so the fact that it was filmed about 50 years ago is definitely not ambiguous with ...

review of ,,Armageddon''

Some time ago I watched a movie called ,,Armageddon'' directed by Micheal Bay in 1998. The movie was recommended to me by my father who is a big fan of Micheal's Bay work. ,,Armageddon'' is a catastrophic movie, which keeps you in suspense, but also makes you laugh because it is full of irony and jokes. The cast consists of amazing and talented actors such as Bruce Wills, Liv Tyler and Ben Affec k . The movie is a about a team of deep-core drillers who one day are chosen by NASA to save Earth from an asteroid that is going to impact our planet in less than a month. I t won many awards and was nominated to four Oscars but unluckily didn't win any. Even though the f ilm doesn't have very good reviews from the critics , I certainly do not agree with them. I really liked actors that were picked for this movie and I think that they fit characters they were chosen to play. I also loved the special effects and how the director made me laugh one second and cry...
